- Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may return items within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, and customized products, are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return Process

- Step 2: Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your items.
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zuphorica is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Refunds
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are typically processed within 5-15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent.
- Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at zuphorica@yahoo.com to check availability. Once we receive the original item, we will process and ship the exchange.
- If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund or select an alternative item.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for eligible items.
